Reviews from 2006 Ladner Bandfest

 Curt--a big thank you to you and your committee and The Delta Music Makers for all your efforts to make the day flow so smoothly.  What a fine day--even the weather cooperated (again!).

What a great opportunity to hear so many of our regions fine bands perform and to hear the variety of music played.  Isn't it amazing that there was such a wide variety of good and interesting music?

Thanks again for all the hard work--it doesn't just happen your "crew" was great--and it is appreciated.

Just a note to Curtis (Radke) and the committee who hosted this event:
Many, many thanks for a wonderful day of great entertainment.  The eleven
bands were all marvelous, the weather and location great and the
hospitality super.  We visited from Orcas Island in the San Juan Islands and thoroughly
enjoyed the entire day.  We realize it took a great deal of planning from
the hosts as well as all participants and you are to be congratulated!
It's super to see that concert community bands are alive and well.

Hi Curt, Great day on Sunday .We would like to be included next year  early afternoon if that's possible. Your idea of doing it over 2 days I don't think would work very well. Having one day would make people that want to participate get off the backsides and commit early.

Way to go, Curtis (Radke)! We all owe you, Curt and all the Delta Music
Makers a tremendous thanks for organizing this event - third year in
a row. I enjoy the opportunity to play in this festival and to hear
all the other groups. It makes for a great day.
