The NVCB has been In existence since 1992 and performs approx. 12 concerts a year ranging from Senior Facilities, Community Centres to special events such as Bright Nights in Stanley Park and West Van Days.

In 2007, the NVCB organized a tour of China which included 30 musicians not only from our band, but also from the DMM, Delta Concert Band, Maple Ridge Band and special guests from the state of Georgia and Victoria.  We performed in Beijing, Xian, Quilin and Shanghai.  In Xian we played at the Xian Peihua University in front of 2500 students.  Definitely a highlight in our musical careers!
