The Delta Music Makers Community Band is the host band for the Ladner Bandfest.  The event was the brainchild of director Curt Jantzen.  A dedicated group of Delta Music Makers musicians forms the Bandfest organizing committee.

For 26 years, this 55 piece community band has rehearsed weekly at Delta Secondary School in Ladner, performing as many as 15 concerts per year in the surrounding locale.  Director and founder Curt Jantzen is ably supported by Assistant Director Margaret Behenna, who is also the band vocalist.

The Delta Music Makers Community Band recently recorded its third CD.  The group travels to distant destinations approximately every three years.
